Wendy's/Arby's Group has announced it has completed the sale of Arby's Restaurant Group to Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm.
The company will now trade under the name The Wendy Company and will concentrate on developing its Wendy's restaurant chain, which includes a planned revamp of its menu, updating restaurants, and building new locations.
