Two Men And A Truck enter UK and Ireland

PROVIDER OF MOVING services for homes and businesses, US franchise Two Men And A Truck has granted master franchise rights for the UK and Ireland to Dublin-based company NDMG Holdings.

"There is nothing quite like Two Men And A Truck available in Ireland and the United Kingdom," says Master Franchisee Brian Hefferon, who plans to establish more than 60 sub-franchisees in the two countries. "We believe the best way to grow business is by making our customers so impressed with our service they will tell their family and friends. We recognised that Two Men And A Truck understands this and has developed a very customer focused business model that fits with our core values - it's not surprising how successful the system has become."

In the USA the company is reporting an annual turnover of US$181 million, its 170 locations having completed more than 320,000 moves with nearly 1,200 trucks on the road last year. Franchisees also offer packing and unpacking services, loading and unloading services, boxes and a wide choice of packing supplies. Customers benefit from having trained, uniformed movers who are insured and bonded to handle all moving tasks. "We look forward to continuing that in Ireland and the UK," says Two Men And A Truck President Melanie Bergeron, who is seeking to grant further master franchises across Europe, Asia, Australia and Mexico.
