Global submarine sandwich franchise, Subway, has opened its 50th restaurant in Kuwait.
The store, which is located at the Jahra Al Salam Complex, is one of three new openings in the country. The other two restaurants were launched at the Salmiya Marium Complex and in the Mubarak Al Kabeer area.
Abdul Rahman Almutairi, Subway restaurants in Kuwait Development Agent and Multi Units Owner, said: "We are proud to be a pioneering food and beverage brand in Kuwait. The popularity of our nutritious offerings is reflected through our quick-paced growth. We unveiled a record seven outlets in 2010 and are well on our way to attain our target of an overall 60 locations before the end of 2011. We aim to continue on our growth-path and add 40 more locations to our portfolio within the next five years to bring the total to a grand 100 in Kuwait."
