Prime Pubs of America secures US multi-unit franchisee

Canadian brand The Prime Pubs of America has awarded multi-unit franchise covering Arizona, USA to Mike Dizinno, who is set to open its Irish-themed pub concept in Tucson by the end of the year. 'After I retired from UPS I began looking for a franchise that would allow me to interact with people again,' says Dizinno. 'I researched many different concepts for various reasons but The Prime Group of Pubs stuck. I was really impressed by their management style and the way that they ran their business.

'Prime Pubs are much more upscale and food-focused than any other pub I've ever experienced and I think this is exactly what Arizonians are looking for - upscale casual. I can't wait to get my first pub up and running.'

The announcement adds to Prime Pubs' SU development, which is already underway through direct franchising under a joint venture.
