Jani-King is a commercial cleaning franchise that was founded in the US in the late 1960s. The company first started franchising in 1974, and internationally in 1986.

Today, Jani-King is one of the world's larges commercial cleaning franchise companies with more than 12,000 franchise owners serving tens of thousands of customers.

The opportunity

Under the Jani-King Master Franchise system, the Master Franchise Owner is granted an exclusive 20 year agreement (renewable for 100 years total) to operate in a defined territory.

The role of the Master Franchise Owner is to:

• Establish regional offices that sell individual Jani-King unit franchise owners
• Train the unity franchises
• Secure cleaning contracts for unit franchises
