Gloria Jeans enters Vietnam
Australia's Gloria Jean's Coffees is set to enter the Vietnamese marketplace under a franchise licence awarded to VietLifestyle JSC Company. The 10 year deal has seen the Master Franchisee launch coffee ships in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, each involving an investment of US$200,000.VietLifestyle JSC aims to open a futher 20 locations over the next two years, offering espresso based, chocolate based, cocoa based drinks to young people, expatriates, and foreign tourists familiar with the brand. The Master Franchisee will achieve this in part through sub-franchising the concept out, and providing operational, marketing, management and business development support.
