Dunkin' Donuts set for expansion in China
Dunkin' Donuts, a USA based coffee and baked goods retail franchise, is aiming to open 150 outlets in mainland China in the next decade. Mercuries & Associates, which runs 15 Dunkin' Donuts stores in Taiwan and owns the franchising rights for Shanghai, is set to open 100 locations in Shanghai.A further 50 shops are due to be opened in Guangdong by Shaanxi Stellerich Food & Restaurant Co, a Xian-based company which owns the Dunkin' Donuts franchising rights for Guangdong.
