Cartridge World relocates to the USA

Cartridge World is established in over 1,300 franchised locations in 36 countries. The company, which first opened in Australia in 1997, provides consumers and small to mid-sized businesses with a retail cartridge refilling service that allows customers to refill their ink and toner printer cartridges. Customers can bring their empty name-brand ink and toner cartridges into Cartridge World locations and purchase ones already refilled. The company estimates that it will keep over 15 million cartridges out of landfills this year.
As part of the reorganization, several key executives have changed roles. Burt Yarkin, together with COO John Dring and CFO Steve Yeffa, previously of Cartridge World North America, have taken on their respective roles within the entire global organization. Co-founder Paul Wheeler remains as Chairman, while three new Directors have joined: Jonathan Cullen (Managing Director of the UK); Mike Fuller (Managing Director of Asia/Pacific, Middle East & South Africa); and Duncan Berry (Director of Franchising for Europe).
