Ice-cream parlour franchise Baskin Robbins is planning to expand in the Washington, USA market. The USA-based company is currently seeking suitable franchisees to develop stores throughout the region.Baskin Robbins currently has 86 franchise owned outlets in the Washington area, 32 of which are standalone stores and the rest are Baskin Robbins and Dunkin' Donuts joint locations.
